01 The challenge
Property managers were juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools to track availability, pricing, and listing activity. They needed a single view of their entire inventory with status they could act on immediately.
02 What I did
- 01 Designed and built a full-stack property dashboard from the ground up.
- 02 Implemented real-time listing status tracking — Available, Rented, and Sold — with monthly summary counts.
- 03 Built a role-based admin interface with a clean, low-friction layout for non-technical operators.
- 04 Deployed on Vercel with fast load times, responsive layout, and zero-downtime updates.
03 Outcomes
